Dollar Firmer رہا اور Pound میں کمی دیکھی گئی. US Currency اپنے Monday Highs کے اوپر رہی اور Pound کل کے Lows کے نیچے رہا.
خبر آئی کہ EU نے UK کی طرف سے Offer کو ٹھکرا دیا جس میں UK Waters میں EU’s Fishing Quota میں %35 کی کمی Offer کی گئی تھی 5 سال کے لیے. اس خبر کے آنے اور Reject ہونے کے ساتھ ہی Pound پر کافی Pressure پڑا. Politico-Europe نے Report کیا کہ EU Commission President Von der Leyen اور
UK PM Johnson کی Phone Conversation اس Compromise on fish والے مسئلہ پر. UK کی یہ
Latest Offer کافی برے طریقے سے Reject ہوئی EU کی طرف سے. صرف Positive یہ ہے کہ دونوں اطراف ابھی بات کررہے ہیں. دوسری طرف UK اور France اپنی طرف Negotiations کررہے ہیں Border Disruption پر. صرف یہ بات سامنے آئی ہے کہ Truckers کو Border پر Test کیا جائے گا. اس کے علاوہ اور کوئی بات سامنے نہیں آئی ہے. خرچہ پر کوئی بات نہیں ہوئی. صرف Positive بات یہ ہے کہ At least بات چیت شروع ہوئی.
امید کی جاتی ہے کہ Year End سے پہلے Deal ہوجائے گی. Win-win یا Lose-lose ہوگا. خبروں کے حساب سے Negotiation Teams اپنے لیے Landing Zone بنا رہی ہیں. EU Laws کی طرف سے بات سامنے آئی ہے کہ Parliament کو Agreed Deal کو مانے اور لاگو کرے. دوسری طرف UK Parliament میں Christmas Recess کے بعد Deal کا عمل دوبارہ شروع ہوگا اور اس کے لیے ایک دن بھی کافی ہے.
Asian Session میں کمی کے بعد European Stocks میں تیزی دیکھی گئی. US Equity Index نے پچھلے Declines کو Recover کیا. خبر آئی ہے کہ Bln $ 900 کا Covid-19 Relief Package کی وجہ سے مارکیٹ Sentiment میں بہتری آئی. اس کے ساتھ بتایا گیا کہ Christmas کے فورا بعد Covid-19 Vaccinations شروع ہوجائیں گی.
Christmas کے فورا بعد Vaccinations شروع ہوجائیں گی اور Regulators نے Pfizer/BioNTech کو Clearance دے دی ہے. EU نے پہلے ہی Pre-order EUR 200 bln دیا اور اب مزید EUR 100 bln مزید Add کیے. یہ سب ایک ہی وقت میں Available نہیں ہوں گے کیونکہ Production کافی Slow ہے اور Demand کافی زیادہ ہے.
Million 300 کافی نہیں ہوگی Million 450 کی EU آبادی کے لیے. صرف افسوس اس بات کا ہے کہ July میں EU نے Million 500 کا Pre-order نہیں کیا اور اس وقت Clear بھی نہیں تھا کہ Pfizer اس Pre-order Race کو جیت لے گی. اس کے بعد Moderna کی باری ہے. European Medicines Agency آنے والے January 6 کو ملاقات کریں گے Vaccine کے بارے میں. اس کا EU نے Million 160 کا Order دیا ہوا ہے. اگر Virus Mutate ہوجاتا ہے تو مزید Vaccine میں Hard Immunity ڈالنی پڑنی ہے.
Currency Market میں GBPUSD ایک Roller Coaster کی مانند تھا. یہ 1.3500 تک Rise بھی ہوا اور پھر 1.3400 تک آیا. یہی Level Support کا بھی رہا پھر اس نے Daily Pivot 1.3390 کا Test کیا. 1.3400 پر
SMA 50 اور SMA 200 آمنے سامنے. اس کے راستے میں آنے والی Resistance 1.3577 اور Bullish جانے کے لیے 1.3500 کا Breakout لازمی ہے.
