Powell پر نظر رکھے ہوۓ Fx markets رات کو ایک Narrow Range میں تھی. Ger 30 اور UK 100 دونوں %0.1 سے اوپر US Futures اب Red ہیں. فریش ریکارڈ ہائی بنانے کے بعد USA 100 اور USA 500 میں تھوڑی سی کمی. Asian Stock Market میں بھی ہل چل.
USA 100 اب Near Term Support 11,930 پر موجود Wall Street کی Technical Picture اب کافی Positive ہے. یہ صرف Risk appetite ہی نہیں مگر Stocks میں بھی اضافہ ہوا. اس کی وجہ تھی کہ خبروں میں آیا کہ Amazon’s Founder & Chief Executive جوکہ اب Modern History میں دنیا کے سب سے پہلے Billionaire بن چکے ہیں اور اب یہ دنیا کے دسرے امیر ترین انسان ہیں. Microsoft کے Founder بھی سب سے آگے Bill Gates ہیں.
USA 100 کی طرف دیکھیں تو ہمیں «Buy the deep» کی Strategy نظر آتی ہے. آج کے دن میں سب سے زیادہ اہم Interesting Session ہوگا کہ کتنا Dovish ہے. اس کے نتیجے میں Volatility میں ایک بڑا Influx دیکھنے میں آسکتا ہے.
Thursday کو سب سے زیادہ Anticipated دن ہے کیونکہ آج Fed Chairman Powell کی Speech ہے. Fed نے اپنے Inflation Strategy میں Shifts اور Average Price Target کے بارے Discussions کے بارے میں پہلے بتایا ساتھ ہی %2 Mark پر غور جس سے Decade میں ہونے والے Price Pressures پر قابو پانا ہے. KC’s Geroge اور FOMC Minutes کے مطابق سب اس پر متفق نہیں ہیں. July 28,29 meeting میں کوئی Decision نہیں کیا گیا لیکن اب September 15,16 کی Meeting میں یہ Expected ہے.
کوئی بھی یہ سوچ نہیں کہ آنے والے سالوں تک Rates raise ہوں. Powell کے مطابق ابھی کافی کام باقی ہیں اور اگلے ماہ کوئی Announcements نہیں کی جائیں گی.
Meanwhile کافی Risk ہے کہ مارکیٹ کے اب صاحب Inflation Target اور Policy Rubics کے بارے میں کچھ نہ بولیں. FOMC نے اپنی Frame Work Review کو Complete نہ کیا. Committee کے ممبران میں کافی متنازعہ ہیں. اگر Disappointment آئی تو Rebound آسکتا ہے USD میں.
